Rabbit Hole Dareringer is a distinguished straight bourbon whiskey finished in Pedro Ximénez (PX) sherry casks, offering a unique fusion of traditional bourbon craftsmanship and sherry cask refinement. Crafted with a mash bill of 68% corn, 18% wheat, and 14% malted barley, this bourbon is initially aged in charred American oak barrels before undergoing a secondary maturation in hand-selected PX sherry casks from Spain, imparting a rich and complex character. 

On the nose, Dareringer presents enticing aromas of sherry, caramel, and cherry. The palate is layered with flavors of raisins, currants, and cherries, complemented by subtle hints of almond and vanilla. The finish is light with a touch of dryness, leaving a lasting impression of its sherry cask heritage. 

Founded by Kaveh Zamanian, Rabbit Hole Distillery is renowned for its innovative approach to bourbon production, seamlessly blending modern techniques with time-honored traditions. The name "Dareringer" pays homage to Zamanian's wife, Heather, whose maiden name is Dareringer, symbolizing the love and passion that go into crafting each bottle of this exceptional bourbon. 

The 750ml bottle is tall and rectangular, with slight inward curves, and embossed on the lower front with a rabbit jumping into a hole. The label resembles a burgundy sash draped diagonally across the bottle, with gold lettering detailing the distillery and variety, reflecting the brand's commitment to elegance and quality. 

Bottled at 93 proof (46.5% ABV), Rabbit Hole Dareringer is non-chill filtered, ensuring the preservation of its authentic barrel-to-bottle flavor.
