Highland Park Valknut 750ml is a distinguished single malt Scotch whisky from Orkney's renowned Highland Park distillery. As the second release in the Viking Legend series, Valknut���meaning 'knot of those slain in battle'���pays homage to Norse mythology, with its symbol of three interlinked triangles representing fallen warriors.��

Crafted with a higher proportion of Orkney-grown Tartan barley, this expression exhibits a slightly elevated peat level compared to its predecessor, Valkyrie. Matured predominantly in sherry-seasoned American oak casks, it boasts a nose of toasted vanilla pods, cracked black pepper, oak shavings, aniseed, and aromatic smoke. The palate reveals sweet, aromatic cloves complemented by tangy hints of aniseed, leading to a finish that is intensely balanced, bold, and courageous, leaving a lingering memory of aromatic peat smoke and sweet spices.��
